At Mark Angel Film Academy, we are committed to providing top-quality training for aspiring
filmmakers and content creators. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the
following refund policy.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
● You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not
completed more than 50% of the course content.
● Course completion is determined by the highest progress metric, including:
○ Video watch time tracked on our platform.
○ Quiz submissions.
○ Module progression and downloads.
○ Participation in live sessions (if applicable).
● If any metric exceeds 50%, the course is considered completed, and no refund will be
issued.
● You may cancel your participation and request a full refund up to 3 weeks before the scheduled workshop.
● Cancellations made within 2 weeks may be eligible for a 50% refund.
● Once the workshop has started, no refunds will be granted.
● Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the first session if the agreed
deliverables were not met or if the client is dissatisfied with the initial consultation.
● Refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on service performance and
engagement.
The following are non-refundable:
● Digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, scripts, templates) once accessed or
downloaded.
● Promotional or discounted enrollments (including special offers or limited-time
discounts).
● Gift vouchers or scholarship-based enrollments.
● Any course or service where more than 50% of the content has been completed.
● To request a refund, email mark@markangelfilmacademy.com with:
○ Your order details.
○ A clear reason for the refund request.
○ Proof of course progression, such as a screenshot of your dashboard.
● Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days.
● All refunds are subject to the deduction of non-refundable processing fees
imposed by payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). These fees are beyond our
control and will not be reimbursed.
● Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days, but processing may take 10-15
business days, depending on the financial institution.
● By purchasing a program from Mark Angel Film Academy, you agree not to initiate a
chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to resolve your concern.
● Any chargeback initiated without prior contact will result in immediate loss of access
to our courses and may lead to legal action.
● If a chargeback is filed after a refund has been issued, we reserve the right to
pursue legal action and seek damages. Customers who initiate fraudulent
chargebacks may be permanently banned from future programs and reported to
payment processors.
● Refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (e.g., multiple refunds on different
courses, consuming major content before refunding) will be denied.
● If a customer downloads key course materials, accesses core lessons, or
completes certification requirements, their refund request may be denied.
● We reserve the right to restrict access to future courses for customers found exploiting refund policies.
● Refunds may not be issued in the event of service interruptions caused by events
beyond our control, including but not limited to:
○ Natural disasters
○ Government regulations or restrictions
○ Pandemics or public health emergencies
○ Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
● Force majeure events do not entitle participants to a refund. In such cases,
alternative solutions such as course credits or rescheduling will be provided at our
discretion.
● Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after the conclusion of a workshop or
consulting session.
● Mark Angel Film Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
